Heading towards the house, you’ll find a superb outdoor veranda with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, a BBQ area, dining table and chairs, and a lovely lounge area to relax in with a glass of wine.

White shuttered doors lead into the living room and attractive majolica-tiled kitchen.

The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms decorated in warm, earthy colours and shades of green (double bedroom) and blue (twin bedroom).

This little bit of paradise is just a few metres from the golden sands of Santa Maria del Focallo beach, one of the most popular resorts in east Sicily and just a few kilometres from the region’s splendid baroque cities.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there.
