About property
The villa is only few kilometres away from the baroque city of Noto, amidst an oasis of olive and citrus trees as well as Mediterranean flora, situated only a few kilometres from the beautiful sandy beaches of Vendicari and its reserve.
The villa itself is a modern bungalow both bright and spacious with all rooms looking out onto the large terraced gardens, deep in the reserve surrounded by almond and citrus trees and olive trees that are hundreds of years old.
The villa also benefits from a courtyard from which one can enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the Hyblaean Mountains and a large patio with spectacular views of the coast. The patio is accessed from the kitchen through large glass sliding doors, which actually combine the two environments.
Inside, the villa benefits from a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spare room and a third roofless washroom. Each room has been tastefully furnished with modern pieces as well as some restored antiques.
The acreage of the estates consists of naturally formed terraces lowering towards sea level. Within the estate, guests have exclusive use of the beautiful swimming pool with a BBQ area, sunbeds and fitness room. Guests will enjoy many walks through the gardens surrounded by olive, almond, citrus and carob trees as well as succulents.

Standard booking conditions include a minimum of 4-5 nights for villas and 2-3 nights for apartments. Different booking conditions may apply for specific properties or seasons. Always check booking availability and rates for your stay. If you have specific requests don't hesitate to make an enquiry. The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
Weekly price includes:
