The villa is accessed from a lovely courtyard with a portico where you will find a delightful 12m x 6m private pool, the ideal place to spend summer days enjoying the pleasant warmth of the Sicilian sun.
Once inside you will find yourself in a lovely living room, equipped with a sofa, dining area furnished with table and chairs; the kitchen, like the rest of the house, is furnished in a modern style and is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need.
Villa Selene offers two double bedrooms, one of which has a small loft where an additional bed can be found, for a total of 5 persons.
The property also has an outdoor veranda overlooking the swimming pool, a shaded area with a table and chairs, a perfect location for breakfast or barbecue evenings.
An outdoor shower is available in a separate area.
The courtyards are protected by a high fence and hedges, which will shelter you and give you all the privacy you need, allowing you to sunbathe freely.
